3.11.5.1. Showing survey results during a conference call
When a survey is distributed to conference participants, the initiator can view
the survey results during the conference call.
The results are only available to the conference participant who has created and
started the survey.
Step by Step
Click on the call control bar.
A new window is displayed informing that the survey is running.
Click Show results.
The survey responses window opens and you can view the survey title,
expiration date, number of responses and a graphical representation of
them, in a histogram or average graph.
When responses are displayed in a histogram, you can choose the graph
representation (scatter, vertical or horizontal bars) and the order of
the survey results (ascending or descending).
When responses are displayed in an average graph, you can choose the
graph representation (bullet or gauge) of the survey results.
You can save the survey results in one of the following formats:
As a PNG file, by clicking in the upper right part
of the graph.
This option only saves the graph representation. Any
other data displayed in the survey results window is not
displayed in the PNG file.
As a PDF file, by clicking the in the upper right
part of the survey results window.
This option saves all the
information displayed in the PNG file
Once the survey is stopped, it is no longer possible to view the survey results
while in the conference call. You can only view the results in the
Surveys tab.
