3.5.7.3. Granting media sharing permissions to guest users 
As a moderator, you can allow guest users to share media during a conference call.
Step by Step
- Click on the list of participants at the right of the conference screen and
select Guest participant(s) from the drop-down
list.The list of guest participants is displayed (if any).
- Hover over the participant's name you want to grant media permissions to.The
icon
appears next to the participant's name. - Click and select
Allow media sharing.
The guest user can start sharing media.
