Moderators can lower hands for participants who have already spoken, allowing others
to speak as well.
INFO:
It is not possible to lower all hands at once.
Follow the steps below to lower hands as a moderator:
Step by Step
- Click the yellow box below the call control bar with the name of the first
participant who raised their hands.
The Hands Up list is displayed on the left side of
the conference screen.
- Hover over the participant's name whose hand you want to lower.
The
Lower Hand

icon appears next to participant’s name.
- Click
to lower participant's hand.
When moderators lower a participant's hand:
- The
button turns white for this participant.
- The name of the participant is no longer displayed in the Hands
Up list.

- The counter with the total number of hands up decreases.
INFO:
If no other
participant has their hand raised, the counter is no longer
displayed.
Participants whose hands have been lowered by a moderator can raise their hands
when they want to speak again.
