4.3.4 ABFRAGEN-ACDRT

ABFRAGEN-ACDRT fragt ACD Routing Tabellen und Steps entsprechend der eingegebenen Nummer ab.
Mit der Funktion ABFRAGEN-ACDRT kann eine einzelne ART bzw. eine Reihe verketteter oder ein Bereich von ARTs abgefragt werden. Wird der Parameter ART nicht angegeben, werden alle Tabellen ausgegeben. Entfällt der Parameter Step, werden alle Steps ausgegeben. Der Parameter STEP akzeptiert sowohl verkettete als auch Bereichswerte.
