Error Messages and Advisories
Note:
AMO AGENT communicates with the Call Processing subsystem when performing various commands. Some of the error and advisory messages reflect a negative response from call processing during requests from the AMO to log off, log in, or block an agent’s device. For some types of commands, AMO AGENT sends a message to Call Processing (request to block an agent’s device) prior to changing the static database. If the request fails (negative response from Call Processing), the static database is not changed. Error messages F24 and F26 reflect this. For some types of commands, AMO AGENT sends a message to Call Processing (request to logoff or logon an agent’s device) after changing the static database. The AMO changed the static database, but the agent’s device was not logged off or in. Advisory messages H13-H18 reflect this.
