28.4.4 DELETE-BDAT

STMA module data
Note: the global module data of the STMA module cannot be deleted with this function. In order to delete these data or to change the operating mode the module must first be deactivated (AMO BSSU) and then reconfigured (AMO BCSU).
WAML2 module data
The cross-references between the Global Parameter Table and subsequent tables can result in inconsistencies in the WAML2-specific tables. Deactivation of the corresponding function in the Global Parameter Table is recommended before deleting entire tables.

Network Interface Table:
The AMO checks whether the network interface to be deleted is deactivated. If it is still active message H14 is output although the command is executed as required.

Firewall check:
The entries in the firewall MAC address table are used for this purpose depending on the desired scope (FIREWALL parameter). If the firewall check is activated and the entries are deleted in the associated table then no data packages are transferred.
Individual table elements can be deleted as well as the contents of entire tables. Individual tables can only be deleted if entries have been previously added in the table.
With TABTYPE=ALL all tables are deleted without checking whether they contain added entries!
After the DELETE function has been executed the WAML2 configuration data are not loaded to the module. Loading can be initiated with the EXEC command.
