DAGR - Administration of File parameters in CDR
Interrelationships
Parameter Description
Functions of the AMO
Error Messages and Advisories
This AMO can be used to change the file parameters for the output files in CDR (Call Detail Recording).
With this AMO the file sizes for the CDRC files and the FT-file (File for file-transfer) are administrated. For the FT-file there are additional parameters for the administration.
These file sizes at first have a maximum of 65535 data records for each of the CDRC files (CDRC-FILE1, CDRC-FILE2) and for the FT-file.
As a rule, the file sizes are initialized in the database as follows:
CDRC file1 : with 65000 data records
CDRC file2 : with 0 data records
FT file : with 0 data records
The abbreviation FT file means: File for File Transfer
The files are generated with these file sizes with output the first data record to the repective file. If a different size is desired, it can be changed during generation of the database.
If a different file size is desired at a later time, the new file size must be created using AMO-DAGR and the old file must be deleted on the HARD DISK. The new file with the new size is generated automatically when the first data record is stored.
Note:
The standard value of file size for CDRC files and FT file (parameter NO) has the range between 30000 and 40000 data records.
