ADD-DCIC
The ADD-DCIC function is used to assign a new DCI.
The parameter PEN describes the physical port of the DCI. If PEN is not specified, a compatible available port is searched for and displayed.
The parameter STNO is used to make a terminal device previously created by means of SCSU an associated station. A DTE (data terminal equipment) must not be assigned for this STNO, nor may a DTE be allocated by means of AMO
TGER
.
The parameter INS can be used to activate the DCI at the same time the static data are written. The DCI is activated by means of an order to the device control (DC)

Create a DCI with associated telephone 2101, a predefined PEN, and activate immediately.
