Displaying the parameter list of AMO-FAMUP (SEL parameter: PARAM, output in format1)

Outputting the status of LDU FAMUP
Displaying the parameters FAMUP, PROT and FTRNS (SEL parameter: STATUS, output in format2)
c)
Displaying the AMOCMD table , ,. With AMOCMD, the AMO-command table will be output. The entries will be output in a table form with line number.
