JOB	Position in the time-schedule table
	Type of Input	:	single value or range,
			mandatory	DELETE
			optional	DISPLAY: in case of no input for the parameter JOB the whole JOB Table will be displayed
	Possible Values	:	1-256
	Default Value	:	n	findex of the JOB Table element ( DELETE,DISPLAY )
		:	1&&256	all entries (DISPLAY and DELETE)
			m&&n all entries between m and n ( DISPLAY and DELETE )
