ADD-KNLCR
This function is used to create the classes-of-service for the modification of the LCR Access Rights.
With the parameter ADDSLCOS, access rights are defined that are added to the enabled LCR Access Rights.
With the parameter REDSLCOS, access rights are defined with which the enabled LCR Access Rights are reduced.

Example
For the connection SNNO=1-1-10 to DNNO=1-1-800 for all users out of SNNO the second ways - for that LCOS 10 is required - are not supposed to be used within the own node.
