CHANGE-LAUTH
Change an existing LCR authorisation code.
The authorisation code to be changed is specified by the ITR and INDEX parameters.
Remark:
To change the existing code, the human readable form of the old code has to be known by the user. Both old code and new code should be entered in human readable form.
