COPY-MFCTA
With the aid of the COPY action, the user can overwrite the MFC tables with the contents of the basic initialization tables on the hard disk.
Only complete MFC table sections can be copied, i.e. both the MFC variant tables and the MFC signal conversion tables are copied for forward and backward signaling.
By specifying MFCVARI=0, the user can delete the contents of a specified file. This is done by overwriting the MFC table with zeroes (empty fields). The MFC table 0 is initialized with zeroes on the hard disk.
The parameter MFCVAR is optional. If MFCVAR is not declared, the AMO searches for a free table element (i.e. not initialized). If the search is successful, the advisory message H1 is output; if unsuccessful, the advisory message H2 is output.
If the user specifies MFCVARI=0, then he must also declare MFCVAR, otherwise the input will be requested by output of the error message F3.
The COPY commands for all table elements with MFCVARI > 0 are output in the REGENERATE action.
