<fault> : value specified for parameter FAULT
no text, if parameter FAULT not specified
<ltg> : number of the actual LTG
<name> : name of parameter (DECREM, MAXCOUNT or COUNTACT)
<board> : name of module type
<time> : parameter TIM1 ... TIM8
<n> : numbers 1...7
