H01:	BOARD <pen> <level> COUNTER <fault> RESET.
H02:	THE CONTROL TABLE APPLIES TO <board> [...]
H04:	THE FAULT COUNTER HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED.
H05:	THE FAULT COUNTER HAS BEEN ACTIVATED.
H06:	INCREASING THE LOCK TIME TO >= 10 MINUTES MAY ACTIVATE THE ALARM ASSIGNED TO THIS <level>.
H07:	THE LOCK TIME MAY BE TOO SHORT, A SECOND REACTIVATION COULD RESULT.
