The AMO SYNC is used for automatically synchronizing service databases with the SWU database (which is defined as a master DB). The following databases are synchronized: ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) and EEA (Enhanced Error Analysis).
Synchronization is carried out by the surveillance entity (SE), a resident task in ADS.
The AMO SYNC can be used to influence the surveillance entity, and thus to control the synchronization process. There are no relations to other AMOs.
