Parameter Description
’T-Reference point’ indicates a defined interface between a PABX and the public ISDN-Network, where a specified attenuation level has to be reached. For stable voice quality not depending on connection type and network size, these T-Reference point conditions are not only for digital interfaces but for analog interfaces, too. The attenuation values used for reaching the levels are stored, country specific, on HD in the TREF-TAB file. They will be loaded into the Database by means of AMO TREF. The values stored in Database can be changed by means of AMO TREF.
’T-Reference point’ can only be used for compact PABX, where only LTUCE/SCC are assigned and no LTUC.
There is TRTON-TAB file on HD which has country specific db attenuation values corresponding to the matrix of devices versus tone groups . This table is also loaded by means of AMO TREF.
For all countries except USA (CC=K) all tones (see SIU in ZAND and UCSU) are assigned to TONGRP1.
