200.2.2 CHANGE-TTBL

Changing of tariffs in the tariff table with or without charge information, tariff group tables, clock tables or general charge records.
For tariffs with charge information, the minimum charge, the multiplication factor and entries of the graduation tariffs can be changed. The parameters TARMIN, GRTARRGN, LT, TAR and METHOD are in a min-1-group, at least one parameter must be given.
For changing the contents of a graduated tariff region it is necessary to enter an input for GRTARRGN and at least an input for LT or TAR. Missing inputs are requested by the Advisory Messages (H09, H08).
If for the tariff tables with charging info, the limit 0 is being changed, and it‘s not the last (fourth) entry in the table, then the next limit is set to zero and a tariff is requested through DIALOG.
If the last value is changed accidentally from 0 to another value, then this input is ignored, and a warning is displayed. The original entry doesn‘t get changed in this case.
For tariffs for connections with tariff information, the parameters can be changed one by one, together or all of them. For example for a zone, all five tariffs can be changed, together with the pulses (INTDAY, INTNT1 to INTNT4). The parameters INTDAY, INTNT1..INTNT4, NTAR4, TARBAS, TARMIN, SEGTBLNO and CHPER are in a min-1-group, a minimum of one parameter must be given.

Notice
If one of the Parameters FPLSDAY, FPLSN1..FPLSN4 in the tariff tables with clock information is set to either value K (Karlson random value), KA (Karlson Added random value) or KM (Karlson Modified random value), then the corresponding FIXDAY, FIXN1..FIXN4 is changed too according the following table. Additionally advisory message H11 is printed.

Examples
1.
In tariff table 1 with call charge information, the minimum charge should be changed to 4,00 DM, and the tariff for the graduated region 1 should be changed to 0,121 DM. (The comma position must be positioned on 2T or 3T per AMO-DAVF. The settings for AMO-DAVF work only for the cost calculation on tariff tables with charge informations.)

2.
In tariff table 1 without call charge information, for zone LOC, the day tariff should be changed from 0,20 DM to 0,23 DM. AMO-DAVF COMPOS parameter’s value is -3, -2, -1, 0, +1, +2 or +3 (The price per time clock is given in 1/100th currency units.).

3.
In the tariff group table 1, for CARRIER 1 and Service VOICE and NORM for category of calling party, the number of the tariff table should be changed from 1 to 3.

In the table 1 with clock informations for zone DIST01, the parameter FIXN2 should be changed from 12 to 15.

5.
In the table with general informations the parameter VAT (value added tax in tenth percent to calculate the net fees) will be changed from 60 tenth percent (6%) to 150 tenth percent (15%).

In the table with general informations the parameter COMPOS in tariff table 3 will be changed to 3HT.
