LEN	Length for entry to table (at end of TWABE tree)
	Type of Input	:	Single value, mandatory
	Possible Values	:	2-18, at least length of STNO

STNO	Station number (to be processed)
	Type of Input	:	1-2 single values or 1 range mandatory (ADD, DELETE)optional (DISPLAY)
	Possible Values	:	0-9, up to 3 digits must be equal length within a parameter
