CONFAP
Before activating an AP shelf , "startup connection" message is sent to FA by means of CONFAP branch.
Before sending the message to FA , first the LTU status is checked. If the LTU status is not equal to "UNACH" then error message F32 is issued. In case , the LTU status is "UNACH" then the FA flag check is done.
The proper FA flag is either "CONNECTION_NULL" or "CONNECTION_DOWN". If the flag value differs from the above two values ,then error message F33 is issued. There is also one more check related with STMIB data. If the data is not valid then the error message F45 is issued.
If all the steps above are passed then the message is sent to FA and the response message is waited for. After receiving the response message the FA flag is set to "CONNECTION_ALIVE". For the case that the received message is not proper, the error message F38 is issued.
In case the LTU parameter is not specified, then all configured AP shelves are processed.
