Parameter
DISPLAY-VADSU
[TYPE=CENTRAL],[ALARMNO=<range>];
|[TYPE=PERIPHER],[ALARMNO=<range>];
|[TYPE=LOGICAL],[ANTYPE=SPEC],[ALARMNO=<range>];
|[ANTYPE=DIR],[ALARMNO=<range>];
|[ANTYPE=PERS],[ALARMNO=<range>];
|[TYPE=ASS],[ALARMNO=<range>];
|[TYPE=SNAPSHOT];
|[TYPE=SLATIME];
Examples :
1.
Display peripheral alarms 0 to 2 :
Input:
DISPLAY-VADSU: PERIPHER,0&&2;
Output:
+==============================================================================+
| ALARM GROUP: PERIPHERAL SWU ALARMS |
+===+=======+=======+====+====+=====+=====+=====+====+==+==+===================+
|AL.|THRSHD1|THRSHD2|ERR.|ERR.|TOTAL|TIME1|TIME2|TIME|PR|HW| NAME |
|NO.|IN % |IN % |ABSO|IN %| |[SEC]|[SEC]| [H]| |CO| |
+---+-------+-------+----+----+-----+-----+-----+----+--+--+-------------------+
| 0| 50 | 90 | 24 | 12 | 200 | 600 | 600 | 0 |E0|SU| C-O-TRUNK/EXCH-LINE|
| 1| 50 | 90 | 0 | 0 | 5 | 600 | 600 | 0 |E0|SU| TIE-LINE |
| 2| DEACT | 50 | 5 | 10 | 50 | 0 | 600 | 0 |E0|SU| MULTIPLE DEVICES | +===+========+======+====+====+=====+=====+=====+====+==+==+===================+
The value "DEACT" in the column "THRSHD1" shows that the minor alarm has been deactivated. Similarly, "DEACT" in the column "THRSHD2" shows that the major alarm has been deactivated. The value ’0’ in the column ’TIME’ shows that single device alarm also is deactivated.
"ERR." corresponds to the number of errors found (actual). The error count is displayed as an absolute value and, additionally, as a percent value. Note: Actual means an absolute from a system point of view e.g. for a Central Alarm LTU failure 2 would be set so a Major Alarm is generated. The value itself would never exceed 2 even with multiple LTU failures because 2 has already been reached and a Major Alarm set.
"TOTAL" is the number of active units (such as stations, CO/tie trunks etc.) monitored by the dependability system under a specific alarm number (e.g. trunks which have been deactivated by means of an AMO are not monitored).
2.
Display the assignments for logical alarm numbers 61 to 66 :
Input:
DISPLAY-VADSU: ASS,61&&66;
Output:
+==========================================================================+
| ASSIGNMENT: DIRECTIONAL ALARMS |
+===+========+========+======+=======+======+======+=======================+

3.
Display the state of theSNAP function.
Input:
DISP-VADSU:TYPE=SNAPSHOT;
Output:
H500: AMO VADSU STARTED
+==========================================================================+
| DISPLAY SNAPSHOT: STATE |
+==========================================================================+
| |
| SNAPSHOT - STATE : OFF |
| |
+=======================================================================+
AMO-VADSU-69 NMC ALARMS CONFIGURATION, SWITCHING UNIT
DISPLAY COMPLETED;
Thereby "SNAPSHOT - STATE : ON": means that non existent system elements are exluded from alarm control. "SNAPSHOT - STATE : OFF": means that non existent system elements are submitted to alarm control.
4.
Display of SLA - Time.
Input:
DISP-VADSU:TYPE=SNAPSHOT;
Output:
H500: AMO VADSU STARTED
+==========================================================================+
| SALATIME |
| BEGIN: 02:35 END: 13:40 |
+=======================================================================+
AMO-VADSU-69 NMC ALARMS CONFIGURATION, SWITCHING UNIT
DISPLAY COMPLETED;
This means that the alarm "BAD IP CONNECTIVITY" is activated from 02H:35M to
13H:40M.
