NAME
Alarm name
The alarm name can only be changed for directional and personal alarms.
The first four positions of the name of directional alarms must be unambiguous.
The name must not begin with the strings "P00" through "P99" or "R00" through "R99".
The string "FREE ALARM" must not be part of the name.
These restrictions must be observed for administrative reasons.
