213.2.2
CHANGE-VFGR
In order to facilitate the allocation of a day ATND to an ATNDGR, the parameter FUNCT offers three additional options.
FUNCT=ADD:
Add one or more ATNDs to the set of ATNDs allocated to the ATNDGR specified.
FUNCT=DEL:
Remove one or more ATNDs from the group. If more than one group is specified as a value of the parameter ATNDGR, then the ATND specified here is sought in all these ATNDGRs. However, for reasons of clarity, the system administrator may only specify either more than one ATND or more than one ATNDGR.
FUNCT=ND:
ND stands for New Definition and allows the system administrator to redefine the set of ATNDs of an ATNDGR without needing to know its previous configuration. The specification of ATNDs for the new definition is optional. However, if no ATND number is entered, then this is regarded in the same way as the non-declaration of the corresponding value for ADD-VFGR, i.e. then the ATNDGR will be redefined as an ATNDGR with permanent night service, in which case the necessary conditions for a permanent night service must be fulfilled (at least one night option which is not the "none" night option).
It is not possible to remove an allocated traffic restriction group (ITRGR) from an ATNDGR without allocating it to a new ATNDGR.
It is possible to remove a night option allocated to an ATNDGR by allocating the night option number "0" to that night option. However, this function may not be applied to an activated night option.
However, a night option set can be changed via the parameter OPT, or by setting a different night option at the attendant console.
When changing the parameters for a call queue (CQMAXF, CQMAX), the call queue must be idle, i.e. empty of calls. Otherwise the job will be ignored. The call queue can be emptied by deleting the appropriate dialing codes with the aid of the AMO
VFGKZ
.
An exception to this is when the length of the call queue is increased with the aid of the parameter CQMAX. This is also possible when some calls are still queued.
Any alteration via AMO of the night option assignments (NOPT1,...NOPT8) or the night option name (NOPTNAME) is automatically refreshed at the attendant console.
The priority control settings can be changed in two branches:
•
In the TYPE=PRIOCALL branch, each call type can be assigned a priority number. The previous assignment is overwritten.
•
In the TYPE=PRIOLEV branch, each priority number can be allotted to an answer key with the required priority level.

Examples
1.
Allocation of the night option number 2 as NOPT1 for ATNDGR 0.
Input:
CHANGE-VFGR:ATNDGR=0,TYPE=GENERAL,NOPT1=2;
2.
Delete allocation of night option number 2 as NOPT1 for ATNDGR 0.
Input:
CHANGE-VFGR:ATNDGR=0,TYPE=GENERAL,NOPT1=0,OPT=2;
3.
Redefine day option for attendant group 1.
The day attendant 490 is to replace the existing day attendants.
Input:
CHANGE-VFGR:ATNDGR=0,TYPE=GENERAL,ATNDNO=490,FUNCT=ND;
4.
New definition of priorities for attendant console group 0.
a)
The call type “CO recall” is to be assigned priority number 2.
(If the values initialized for priority control during setup have not been changed, then after this change a “CO recall” - and all other call types and trunk groups with priority number 2 - will be taken to answer key L1 for answering with priority level 3).
Input:
CHANGE-VFGR:ATNDGR=0,TYPE=PRIOCALL,COREC=2;
b)
Priority number 2 is to be assigned to answer key L2 with priority level 5.
(After changes 4.1 and 4.2, a “CO recall” - and all other call types and trunk groups with priority number 2 - will be taken to answer key L2 for answering with priority level 5).
Input:
CHANGE-VFGR:ATNDGR=0,TYPE=PRIOLEV,PRIONO=2,ANSKEY=L2,PRIOLEV=5;
