12.1.13.1. Feature Description 
The implementation is based on the two information elements NumberToDisplay
and NameToDisplay that are part of the ACL MakeCallRequest.
NumberToDisplay and NameToDisplay overrides the existing
number and name configured or active (e.g. via PIN) on the physical device
used to initiate the call.
The feature has been implemented from the calling party perspective
for:
- analog phones
- digital phones,
- Keysets,
- HFA IP phones.
