When an attendant activates night mode in an attendant group with
a least one other attendant in day mode, then the attendant is in Console
Night Service. When the Attendant enters CNS then all dedicated calls
to the console (e.g.Recalls Serial Calls etc) are changed to general
calls and these are represented to the group. Personal calls to the Attendant
are however disconnected and the caller recieves a notification of this.
The source button in the call control window will be disabled and
appear grey to the user.Indication of calls in the source queue will
still be presented to the console and will increment.
Outgoing calls can still be made as normal.
