7.8.9. CDR Records, Central and per Station 
Charges that have accumulated for a station can be reported to the
charge output either centrally for each system or on a station-specific
basis. This applies to all accumulated charges (incoming/outgoing, trunk/networking/internal).
Configuration commands:
- Charges reported per station to charge output:
CHA-COSSU: TYPE=COS, COS=5,AVCE=CDRS;
- Charge output receives charges centrally for the system instead of on
a station-specific basis:
CHA-COSSU:TYPE=COS,COS=6, AVCE=CDRC;
- Assign COS to station numbers with one of the station AMOs:
CHA-SCSU:STNO=<number1>,COS1=5; (per station) CHA-SBCSU:STNO=<number2>,COS1=6; (centrally)
