8.2.3.3.2. Special Aspects of the Feature 
You can block directed call pickup either in the PBX of the location
making the pickup or in the PBX of the called location. To do this, block
DIRCPCKP in the feature bit string. To block it at the called party,
set the COS parameter BDCP.
