8.14.2. Feature Description 
This feature provides the capability to allow an Analog telephone,
Digital Feature Telephone (DFT) or Keyset user to initiate a speaker
call with a one-way connection to multiple (maximum 40 keysets) keyset
destinations, simultaneously.
Upon one of the destinations answering the Broadcast (by lifting the
handset), that user can privately converse with the originator of the
Broadcast.
