Enable the HOTLINE feature:
CHANGE-FEASU:TYPE=A,CM=HOTRCL;
 
CHANGE-ZANDE:TYPE=ALLDATA2,DSNHOTLN=YES;

Originating Party

For the originating party basic HOTLINE classmarks must be set assigning it switchable to a COS of the station
CHANGE-COSSU:TYPE=COS,COS=<number>,
AVCE=HOT; (for VOICE)
or assigning it fix in AMO SDAT
CHANGE-SDAT:STNO=<number>,TYPE=ATTRIBUT,
AATTR=HOT;

Destination Party

For the destination party, the hotline classmark must be allowed:
CHANGE-COSSU:TYPE=COS,COS=<Number>,
AVCE=HOT;
For networking, the PDIG, RDIG and VRVB classmarks must be allowed:
ADD-COP:COPNO=<Number>,COPTYPE=COPADD,
PAR=PDIG&RDIG&PNIO;
The DSN Hotline Service can be split into four "subfeatures". The following table shows the differences between them:
