5.6.9.14. Trunking: Private ISDN networking 
One parameter SCCONF is used to enable/disable the ability of any
station to control a conference. The parameter can have a value of y
or n, the default n.
Setting SCCONF to n means master controlled conference is used.
To turn station controlled conference on:
CHA-LWPAR:TYPE=CDG,BLNO=<number>,CDGTYPE=CONF2,SCCONF=Y;
To turn station controlled conference off:
CHA-LWPAR:TYPE=CDG,BLNO=<number>,CDGTYPE=CONF2,SCCONF=N;
