Definition table of the authorization codes for access from a private network to services of public third-party providers. The codes entered in this table can be used with the dial rule (dial rule element OUTCODE in AMO LODR) for outpulsing purposes. In this context, the link between the two AMOs is established via the parameter INDEX.
