- If calls have the same priority, the FIFO principle applies.
Restrictions for insertion/removal from the queue:
- As lines can only be switched if they are actually available, the feature
(insert in queue) is not available to the AC.
- Direct Call Park/Call Forwarding No Replay (CFNR) and insertion into
the queue is not possible.
- As regards the DB, Route Advance Delay is assigned to the callbacks.
- The parameters LVAL of the trunk groups in AMO LDAT must have different
priorities. If all LVAL's have the same priorities, the next trunk
group is switched to directly, as before.
- The Route Advance Delay tone can be separately activated
- The Route Advance Delay feature is only active if the value of the
RTAD timer is set at > 0 seconds in the AMO CTIME. The default RTAD
timer value is 0 seconds. This means that the feature is deactivated.
