Equal Access can be requested by LCR (AMO-LDAT) or by the user dialing a CIC (e.g. 9-101-0288-1-561-923-1446). This is an outgoing only feature and can be requested from the private CorNet-N/NQ network. Equal Access s only available for LECs where the DEDSCC parameter of AMO-TDCSU is set to NONE.
