Secured Infratsurcture for Remote Access
(SIRA) is the solution for the central maintenance and administration
of the entire Communications product range. SIRA supports the new end-to-end
service process and integrates the existing Remote Service Platform system
for OpenScape 4000 switches and applications. SIRA enables the Com service
to offer its customers fast remote fault clearance for all products with
the help of RCC (Remote Clearing Center) or BLS (Back Level Support).
Both the service organizations and the customers profit from central,
globally uniform maintenance and administration for all customer systems,
the travel time and costs saved through remote access, and from so-called
SpoAs (Single Points of Access) to key accounts running their own local
networks.
