If ZAND reserve parameter 124 is not acrtivated the fixed forwarding destination is not used for executing the CFNR or CFB. If system call forwarding is defined, it is used.
If ZAND reserve parameter 124 is activated, the fixed forwarding destination is used on an individual subscriber basis like in earlier versions, depending on the COS parameters CFNR and CFB.
