The ability to route calls depending on the called party or calling party has been up to now a feature of flexrouting (ACD) with the I.M switch. The feature is made available based on both source (SID/ANI in the U.S.) routing and destination (DNIS in the U.S.) routing without the need to configure ACD routing in the system.
