10.25.2.3. Call Transfer (ECT) 
- The information about the call transfer type is no longer connection-related but station-related (status of the new partner) which could result in differing messages at the stations (TRANSFER_TALKING and TRANSFER_RINGING).
- Information on whether call transfer is carried out in talk or ringing state is station-related (information about the partner transaction can be derived from the "CONNECT sent to DH").
- Call transfer is always initiated on the held transaction.
