10.26.2. Central Office (CO) Requirements 
As a prerequisite for using ISDN PRI trunks for E911 calls, the serving
CO must support this function. Specifically, the CO must be capable
of receiving and processing LIN information that is in a Codeset 5 Generic
IE contained in a SETUP message.
