10.26.3.2.1. Central System configuration 
The administrator must assign memory with AMO DIMSU to be able to
manage the LIN data. This is about 10% to 20% of the maximum available
system ports.
A system-wide phone number must be registered in the AMO ZAND, This
phone number is used in the case of a missing subscriber number. This
is to enable the PSAP operator to call back in the case of a disconnection.
