10.26.5.1.10. COT 
The following COT parameters need to be configured to support the
E911 feature.
- SECO Causes the LIN to be sent in the Generic information for LIN code set 5 format
- RLIN informs the system that on this connection LIN data will be received. If the parameter is no set then the recieved LIN digits are interpreted as CPN.
