10.49.2. Feature Description 
The feature "Speaker Call - One Way" provides the capability
to allow an analog telephone, digital feature telephone
(DFT), or Keyset user to initiate a speaker call which provides a one-way
connection to a single destination (prime line) of their choice.
Upon the destination lifting the handset, the call is converted to
a normal two-way call.
