IMPORTANT:
Call Log functionality for all SIP phones and HFA/TDM Opentage60 & 80, DPIP55, CP4xx, CP600, CP7xx phones is integrated into the conversation list for these phones. Their internal call log is always available and doesn't have to be configured!
This chapter describes call log functionality offered by OpenScape 4000 system for non-SIP low-end phones: optiPoint 410/420, OpenStage 10/15/20/30/40, DPIP35 and CP1xx, CP2xx.
OpenScape 4000 system offers call log for SIP devices too, including for SIP devices which are out of service, but OS4K call log is never synchronized with phone’s internal call log. In this case, OS4K system call log is used for SIP clients which use CSTA call log interface.
