AMO ACDGP
Configures ACD groups which can be assigned to agents by AMO AGENT.

AMO ACDRT
:
Configures ACD Routing Tables which may assign steps which will route to an ACD agent (RTAGT) or to the extension number of an ACD agent (RTEXT). If an agent ID is referenced in an ART, that AGTID cannot be removed.
•
AMO ACDSD
:
This AMO determines the length of the agent ID for the system.
•
AMO CODEW
Codeword for administration block in SWU (number of agent IDs).
•
AMO DIMSU
:
Determines the number of agent IDs which can be set up in the system.
•
AMO SBCSU
:
Configures STNOs which can be assigned as AUTOEXT by AMO AGENT if the STNOs contain the AGENT and AUTOLOG attributes and assigns the STNO to a device which can be logged onto by an ACD agent.
•
AMO SDAT
:
Set the ACD attributes to STNOs which are used by AMO AGENT (AUTOLOG, AGENT)
•
AMO ZAND
:
Sets the ACD feature on or off. ACD agents cannot be added or changed if the ACD features is turned off.
