CMD	OUTDIAL RULE COMMAND
	Type of Input	:	single value,	mandatory	(ADD)
	Possible Values	:	DTMF	Set outpulse mode to DTMF
			CPNLIN	Send an up to 22 digit CPN or LIN
			ECHO	Outpulse all the digits of a specified field
			ECHOALL	Outpulse all the digits of all remaining fields
			END	The end of the ODR command sequence
			NPI	Network plan identifier
			NWOP	Network operator
			OUTCODE	Outpulse the authorization code (AMO LAUTH)
			OUTCOEX	Outpulse the class-of-external
			OUTCSN	Outpulse the call serial number
			OUTPULSE	Outpulse specific digits
			PAUSE	Start a pause timer for a specified duration
			SENDKEYP	Dialinformation will be sent as a keypadinformation element.
			SENDCOMP	Sending complete
			SENDNOW	Send second digit block now
			WAITANS	Wait for dialing tone

CMDPOS	POSITION OF THE COMMAND IN THE OUTDIAL RULE
	When a CMD is added, overwritten or deleted, its exact position is determined (and can be displayed with DIS-LODR)

INDEX	INDEX (I.E. TO NETWORK OPERATOR’S NUMBER)
	This parameter identifies a specific commercial communication network for which its operator has defined an authorization code for network access (see AMO LAUTH) and/or outpulsing of an automatically incremented control number for each network access (protection against misuse).
