2.21.2.1. IP Trunking + DMC (IP Trunking and IPDA) Master Connections Previous topic Parent topic Child topic Next topic

Port value range with AMO CGWB

The UDP port range is configured with the AMO CGWB for IP trunking master connections and DMC slave connections where HG 3500 is a DMC endpoint (i.e. for IP trunking or IPDA). The corresponding parameter is UDPPRTLO in the TYP=ASC branch. UDPPRTHI can not be modified. It is calculated from the value of UDPPRTLO + 999 Ports.
The standard value for UDPPRTLO is 29100.
IMPORTANT:
Because connections can be switched with(out) DMC and/or SPE (depending on the configuration), the maximum number of ports must always be reserved by the gateway, even if possibly only a lower number of ports is used!
