14.6.4.2. OpenScape 4000 Configuration Previous topic Parent topic Child topic Next topic

The following settings must be configured differently from the configuration given above:

  • Configure the IP address
  • The IP address (IPADR), which is configured with the AMO CGWB, is the IP address of the OpenScape 4000. The IP address must be the same as the alias name in OpenScape Voice.
  • Configure the gateway phone number
  • To set up a SIP-Q trunking connection to an OpenScape Voice system, the parameter GWRNO must be configured. This value of GWRNO must correspond to the alias name in OpenScape Voice.
    CHANGE-CGWB:MTYPE=CGW,LTU=1,SLOT=37,TYPE=LEGKDATA,GWNO=1,

    GWDIRNO=816901;

  • Configure the external registrar
  • In case of a trunking connection to OpenScape Voice, the OpenScape 4000 has to register dynamically with the OpenScape Voice partner system. An external registrar has to be set up for this purpose.
    The external registrar is configured with the AMO CGWB.
    • Operation at an external registrar (SIPREG=YES) must be activated.
    • The duration of the registration validity must be entered in REGTIME. The partner system registrar data must be entered in the fields REGIP (OpenScape Voice address or proxy address) and REGPORT.
    CHANGE-CGWB:MTYPE=CGW,LTU=<ltu>,SLOT=<slot>,TYPE=SIPTRSSA,

    SIPREG=YES, REGIP1=127.28.45.54,PORTTCP1=5060,

    REGTIME=<Seconds>,REGIP2=0.0.0.0,PORTTCP2=5060;

    OpenScape Voice does not accept values less than 300 seconds in the REGTIME parameter.
    • The parameter REGEXTGK must be set to YES in AMO CGWB.
    CHANGE-CGWB:MTYPE=CGW,LTU=1,SLOT=37,TYPE=LEGKDATA,GWNO=1,

    GWDIRNO=816901REGEXTGK=YES;

    INFO:
    REGEXTGK can also be set to NO, however a GWNO will then need to be added.
  • Configure authentication
  • If authentication is activated in the partner system, the authentication data (SIP UserId in the field GWUSERID, password in the field GWSECRET and realm in the field GWREALM) must be configured for registration on the partner system. The transmission of authentication data can be activated and deactivated using the parameter GWAUTREQ.
    CHANGE-CGWB:MTYPE=CGW,LTU=<ltu>,SLOT=<slot>,TYPE=SIPTRERH,

    GWAUTREQ=YES,GWSECRET=<string>,GWUSERID=<string>,

    GWREALM=<string>;

  • AMO TDCSU
    • DESTNO must not be set to 0 (the value 0 deactivates loop detection).
    • Set the parameter TRACOUNT to the number of hops permitted in your network.
    ADD-TDCSU:TYPE=NEW,PEN=1-01-037-0,COTNO=36,COPNO=32,

    DPLN=0,ITR=0, COS=2,LCOSV=1,LCOSD=1,CCT="CIRCUIT from GW2", DESTNO=81,PROT
    VAR="ECMAV2",SEGMENT=8, ISDNIP=00,ISDNNP=0, TRACOUNT=10,SATCOUNT=MANY,NNO=1-69-
    1499,ALARMNO=12, COTX=36,CCHDL=ASIDE,CLASSMRK=EC&G711,TCCID="IP RS",

    TGRP=50,SRCHMODE=AB, INS=Y,DEV=HG3550IP,BCHAN=1&&30, BCNEG=N,BCGR=1,LWPAR=0,DM
    CALLWD=Y;

  • AMO COP
ADD-COP:COPNO=36,TOLL=TA,TRK=TA;
CHANGE-COP:COPNO=36,COPTYPE=COPADD,DEV=INDEP,

INFO="36: S0/2 TIE ECMA2 AB V3.0";
  • AMO COT
  • Also check whether the COT parameter TRCA is set.
    ADD-COT:COTNO=200,

    PAR=RCL&XFER&MELD&KNOR&CEBC&TIE&CBBN&CBFN&COTN&ANHT&BLOC&LWNC&NLCR&ATRS&TSCS&DFN
    N&NLHT&NLRD&VCMN&SNBE&IICB&NCDR&NOFT&VNCO&NOTO&NOSD&NPIS&PGEP&IBBA&PRNI&NTON&OS
    CV&FWDN&FNAN;
    CHANGE-COT:COTNO=200,COTTYPE=COTADD,DEV=INDEP,INFO="HP8K";

    Notes:
    • If the entire network uses E.164 numbering, the COT parameter NPIS must be set for all digital trunks. If the dial plan UNKNOWN/UNKNOWN is used, the parameter NPIS should NOT be set!
    • The COT parameters FWDN and FWAN may cause problems if a consistent dial plan is not used throughout the entire network.
    • The COT parameter OSCV must be set.
  • Configure block dialing
  • Block dialing must be set up for the trunking connection to OpenScape Voice.
  • Note for national and local calls
  • Dialing with national numbers makes sense also for OpenScape 4000 users. Example: The extension +49(89)722-31256 can be reached under the following numbers:
    31256
    If closed numbering is configured
    000498972231256
    Always
    0-722-31256
    Local call
    0-089-722-31256
    National call
    If local or national dialing is desired by OpenScape 4000 users, a number of other special LCR configurations have to be performed. This configuration is outside the scope of the current description because it is not relevant for OpenScape Voice.
    Example of closed numbering:
    The LCR must also be configured for closed numbering.
    This is an example of the destination number 31256.
    DN 31256 remains for +49(89)722-31256
    Use the E.164 numbering scheme for OpenScape 4000 / OpenScape Voice interworking. The called subscriber's extension should also use E.164 with the dial plan ID ISDN in the internal ISDN messages.
    Station number type: INTERNATIONAL
    Missing digits must be filled with AMO LODR ##out pulse (e.g. 4989722).
    AMO WABE defines the code
    Example for:
    DN 31256 NETRTE=224.
    ADD-WABE:CD=224,DAR=NETRTE;
    ADD-WABE:CD=31256,DAR=STN,CHECK=N;
    CHANGE-WABE:CD=31256,DESTNO=218;
    AMO RICHT sets up the bundle
    Example for:
    CD=224 (defined with AMO WABE) LRTE=224 (used later with AMO LDAT) TGRP=240 (preconfigured with AMO BUEND)
    ADD-RICHT:MODE=CD,LRTE= 224,CD=224,CPS=0,LSVC=ALL, NAME="HP 8K MEDIATRIX",TGRP1=240,
    DESTNO=240,DNNO=218, PDNNO=1-1-218,ZEICHUM=NEUTRAL,KPRCAUL=NO,CLNAMEDL=NO;
    ADD-RICHT:MODE=CD,CD=224,CPS=0,SRVC=VCE,TYPE=DTMF,M FVCONF=FIX,DTMFPULS=PP300;

    AMO LODR defines the outdial rule
    Example for:
    ODR=240 (use for AMO LDAT)
    ADD-LODR:ODR=240,CMD=OUTPULSE,DGTS=4989722; ADD-LODR:ODR=240,CMD=ECHO,FIELD=1; ADD-LODR:ODR=240,CMD=NPI,NPI=ISDN,
    TON=INTERNAT; ADD-LODR:ODR=240,CMD=END; ADD-LODR:ODR=240,INFO="HP8K";
    AMO LDAT defines LCR data
    Example for:
    TRRP240 (defined with AMO BUEND) ODR=240 (defined with AMO LODR) LRTE=224 (defined with AMO RICHT)
    ADD-LDAT:LRTE=224,LSVC=ALL,LVAL=1,TGRP=240,ORD=240, LAUTH=16,CARRIER=1,
    ZONE=EMPTY,LATTR=DMCEND,VCCYC=4;
