The OpenScape 4000 user can transfer calls to a Lync Communications Server party. Attended, Semi attended(1) and blind(2) transfer are possible.
  • Transfer Talking (Attended transfer)
  • Display - no display update for any device - CO behavior:
    Calling party will see after transfer called party name and number and transfered to party will see calling party name and number on first line display.
  • Transfer Ringing (Semi attended transfer)
IMPORTANT:
Offered at OpenScape 4000 side; not at Lync Communica­tions Server side.

  • Blind transfer
IMPORTANT:
Offered at Lync Communications Server side; not at OpenScape 4000 side.
  1. Display - transferred party’s display is not updated:
    Calling party will see after transfer called party name and number and transfered to party will see calling party name and number on first line display
