18.4.2.1. Open the SPE Certificate Dialog 
Navigate in the OpenScape 4000 Assistant start page to Expert Mode
> Signaling and Payload Encryption > SPE Certificate. The SPE
Certificate dialog opens.
Three cases are possible:
- Certificate does not exist yet.

If no certificate has been created yet, the empty certificate dialog opens.
- Certificate already exists.

If a certificate has already been created in this server, the data of the existing certificate will be displayed together with a corresponding note in the certificate dialog in the browser.
- Root certificate does not exist yet.

If no root certificate has been created yet, user is informed to create root certificate first
