Each Unify Phone user must have a Unify Video account with Video Pro+ license and activated Cross-Launch functionality. For more information, please refer to Unify Phone Administration.
Follow the steps below to configure Unify Video:
  1. Login to https://service.unifyoffice.com with an Super Admin or User Admin account.
  2. To assign licenses to users, select the user you want to configure, under Users > User List, and click Assign Licenses.
  3. To enable the Cross-Launch functionality, select the users under More > Account Settings > Cross-Launch and click Turn on Cross-Launch.
Under Users > User List, you can also add new accounts by clicking Add User or Bulk Upload Users. Each new user will get an email invitation in the configured email address. This email address will be used to map the Unify Video account to a Unify Phone station in OpenScape 4000.
