3.3.2. Searching for Contacts 
Type the name of the contact you are looking for. The
contacts found in the private list are automatically displayed while
you are typing the text. To perform the search function in the System
Directory press the 
icon.
If your system is integrated with MS Office 365, the contact search will also
look for contacts in your Outlook Private Contacts List. The found Outlook
contacts will be displayed separately, at the end of the search result.
Alternatively, you can click on Advanced Search for a more
specific search. It is possible to search with multiple criteria in
parallel.
